What This Website Is

odako.dev is an informational, single-page marketing site presenting ODAKO's services — SaaS products, web apps, internal tools, and UI/UX design — and enabling visitors to get in touch via a contact form, a scheduling link, or email.

No contract for services is formed through this website. Submitting the contact form, booking a call, or emailing us is an inquiry only. Any actual engagement for design or development services is governed by a separate agreement negotiated and signed directly between ODAKO and the client, not by these Terms.

Using the Site

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and not to disrupt its operation, interfere with its security, or misuse the contact form — for example, to send spam or fraudulent submissions.

You're responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit through the contact form. Submissions are processed and delivered to us by a third-party provider, Formspree — see ourPrivacy Policy for details on how that data is handled. We don't guarantee a response time to any inquiry.
